These terms govern your use of the VidSwitcher software and website, provided by 15920531 Canada Inc. ("we", "us"), an Ontario, Canada corporation operating under the name VidSwitcher. By purchasing, installing, or using VidSwitcher, you agree to these terms.
When you buy VidSwitcher you receive a licence key that activates the software on the number of machines (seats) you purchased. The licence is for your own personal or business use. You may move a seat between your own machines, but you may not resell, share, or redistribute your key. Licence activation is managed through our licensing provider, Keygen.
You agree not to circumvent or tamper with licence enforcement, and not to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the software except to the extent applicable law expressly permits. VidSwitcher is provided for lawful use only.
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes, and its terms also apply to your purchase. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime plans are a one-time purchase. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you have already made.
We offer an unconditional 30-day refund. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request one.
We may improve VidSwitcher over time. Updates download quietly in the background while you work and apply on the next launch — never during a running show. We may also update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
VidSwitcher is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. While we build VidSwitcher for reliability, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, driver, or venue configuration.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using VidSwitcher at any time. We may suspend or revoke a licence if these terms are breached, if licensing is tampered with, or when a purchase is refunded (in which case the associated key is deactivated). On termination your right to use the software ends, but sections that by their nature should survive — such as payment, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect.
