What you need

VidSwitcher is a native Windows desktop app. It is not available on macOS or Linux.

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Nothing else to install — everything VidSwitcher needs is in the one installer.
A second display or a hardware switcher for the audience output — HDMI out is all you need.
VidSwitcher outputs at your screen's native resolution, including 4K. 1080p runs comfortably on modest laptops; 4K playback needs a reasonably modern GPU.
No internet required to run. The licence is checked only at launch, never mid-show.

After you install

VidSwitcher runs on a licence key — here's how it fits together.

1 · Install

Run the installer and open VidSwitcher. It sets itself up in a minute.

2 · Enter your key

Paste your licence key once — six blocks of characters separated by dashes. That's the whole activation — no account, no password.

3 · You're live

Load your inputs and go. The licence is checked only at launch, so it keeps working offline at the venue.
