Refund Policy

VidSwitcher is made by 15920531 Canada Inc., operating as VidSwitcher, and sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how refunds work.

1. The 30-day guarantee

You may request a full refund of any VidSwitcher purchase within 30 days of the transaction date, for any reason. As soon as a refund is requested, the licence key from that purchase is deactivated — on a multi-seat purchase that means the whole licence, on every machine it was activated on.

2. How to request one

The fastest route is Paddle, who handled the payment. Go to paddle.net, enter the email you used at checkout, and Paddle’s assistant will find your order — use Get help, not the Manage subscription link in Paddle’s receipt, which opens a billing portal that can only cancel a plan and refunds nothing. Type refund, pick a reason, and it’s done in about a minute. You’ll get a confirmation email, the refund cancels your subscription for you, and the money takes up to five business days to reach your account.

You can also email support@vidswitcher.com from the address on your order — include your order number if you have it. We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days. Either way, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method (bank processing times vary).

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time to stop future renewals. To do it: open the Manage subscription link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net and open the billing portal, then choose Cancel subscription. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund anything. If you want your money back, ask for a refund instead — that cancels the plan for you. The 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent charge, and cancelling does not refund past cycles beyond that window.

4. Trials

The 28-day insider trial is free and takes no card details, so there is nothing to refund. Use it on a real event to make sure VidSwitcher fits your workflow before you buy.
