If VidSwitcher isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions, no qualifiers.

VidSwitcher is sold by 15920531 Canada Inc. through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This policy explains how refunds work.

1. The 30-day guarantee

You may request a full refund of any VidSwitcher purchase within 30 days of the transaction date, for any reason. Once a refund is issued, the associated licence key is deactivated.

2. How to request one

Email support@vidswitcher.com from the address on your order, or use the receipt link Paddle sent you. Include your order number if you have it. We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days; Paddle then returns the funds to your original payment method (bank processing times vary).

3. Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time to stop future renewals. The 30-day guarantee applies to your most recent charge. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund past cycles beyond the guarantee window.

4. Trials

The 28-day insider trial is free, so there is nothing to refund. Use the trial to make sure VidSwitcher fits your workflow before you buy.
